First, the preparation before the operation. 1. Before work, the staff should wear work clothes, tie the cuffs, put on the working cap, and do not open the hem of the jacket. 2. The operator should be familiar with the main structure of the CNC folding machine. Performance and usage, it is strictly prohibited to overload the use of equipment. 3. Cutting materials, such as various steel plates. Copper plate. The thickness of the aluminum plate and the non-metallic material plate is the rated value of the machine tool and must be free of hard marks. Molten slag. The flux material shall not be cut beyond thickness. 4. Before operation, lubricating oil should be added according to the equipment regulations, and check the oil amount. Oily, cover the hole lid of the oil cup. 5. Turn on the power switch 2 to 3 times before operation to ensure that the lubrication is good and there is no abnormality after operation.

Two, equipment inspection. 1. Upper and lower blades should be reserved before work. Blade clearance is determined by the thickness of the cut steel plate. In general, between 5 to 7% of the thickness of the shear plate, each time the gap is adjusted, the flywheel is turned by hand to move the upper and lower blades back and forth. Check for proper clearance with a plug to prevent spring damage and edge damage. 2. The dozer should be tight and tightly fitted. The upper and lower blade surfaces are parallel. After adjustment, manual inspection should be carried out to avoid accidents.

Three, cutting operation. 1. When cutting, the stamping device must firmly press the plate and must not be cut in a non-stamping state. 2. Please pay attention to the safety of your fingers when entering, especially when cutting only one board, do not touch the bottom of the board with your fingers, and do not insert the blade with your fingers. Keep a distance of at least 200mm. 3. Clamp the clutch and brake. If the equipment is found abnormal, stop cutting immediately, cut off the power supply, and notify the relevant personnel for inspection. 4. After the operation is complete, turn off the power, clean the device, make inspection records, and clean the site.
