In addition, remarkable achievements have been made in the development of computer-aided design, computer simulation and optimization, and microcomputer control of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems.

The hydraulic flanging machine compresses and bends the bar by compressing the hydraulic cylinder and the bending tool hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic transmission system of the bending machine uses the plunger hydraulic pump to supply oil and provide the system working pressure. The system working pressure can be displayed through the pressure gauge and its switch. The electromagnetic relief valve is used to control the unloading of the system. The movement direction of the compression cylinder is controlled by two four-way electromagnetic directional valves. The working pressure of the compression cylinder is low. Two two-way directional valves are used as balance valves to prevent the compression hydraulic cylinder from dropping due to its own weight when releasing pressure. The movement direction of the hydraulic cylinder of the bending tool is controlled by three four-way electromagnetic reversing valves, and the unidirectional throttle valve is used for the rise and fall of the hydraulic cylinder piston of the bending tool.

Hydraulic flanging machine safety operating rules:

1. Strictly abide by the safe operation rules of machine tool workers, wear labor protection articles according to regulations;

2. Clean the upper and lower molds before starting. Wipe clean;

3. Check the tray. Whether there are foreign objects on the baffle rack and slide block, if there are foreign objects, should be cleaned up;

4. Select the appropriate die according to the thickness of the folded plate, and the die size is generally equal to or greater than 8 times the thickness of the plate;

5. The bending force of the workpiece is derived from the bending force of the plate or the bending force calculation formula, and the bending force of the workpiece shall not be greater than 1000kn;

6. When bending the narrow plate, the working pressure of the system should be properly reduced to avoid damage to the mold;

7. When adjusting the stroke of the slider, it should be ensured that the adjustment is less than 100, so as not to damage the machine;

8. Before bending, the gap between the upper and lower molds should be evenly adjusted;

9. When bending, do not put your hand in the mold, do not hold the narrow and long small material with your hand; Only one piece of material is allowed to bend at a time, and multiple pieces are not allowed to bend at the same time.

10. The bending plate material should be placed in the middle of the mold, and the machine should not be loaded unilaterally, so as not to affect the accuracy of the workpiece and the machine. If some workpieces do need to work unilaterally, the load shall not be greater than 250kn, and both sides must be bent at the same time;

11. Check the oil tank level, start the oil pump, check the hydraulic pipeline. Whether the oil pump is abnormal.

12. Stop the machine immediately, check the cause, and eliminate it in time.

13. After the operation is completed, the oil pump should be shut off, exit the control system program, and cut off the power supply.
